Yes, and that is the whole point. The stick was built for melanin-rich skin (types IV to VI): a low-weight PDRN chosen for a denser outer barrier, and a melting balm that goes on clear. No white cast, no grey film, no ashy finish, under makeup or bare. It works on the 4 faces of dark circles: hollow, dark, puffy and crepey.

It is made not to. On deeper skin, irritation does not turn red, it turns dark, so we removed the usual triggers: no fragrance, no essential oils, no alcohol denat. The balm is non-comedogenic and gentle enough for the eye area. If you are very reactive, test one swipe on your jawline for two days.
